What is a Farm-to-Table Dinner?

Farm-to-Table Dinners are a type of culinary live adventure held on a farm.

The dinners are normally set in a field, orchard or vineyard. The tables are tastefully set with linen, china, candles and flowers, and the menus include several courses of appetizers, entrées, sides and dessert. The enticing menus are created from fresh, locally grown produce from farms located within the community.

1st Course

Salt Roasted Multi Spring Beet, Cucumber, Heirloom Tomato, Red Onion & Basil Carpaccio marinated whole grain mustard, honey vinaigrette

2nd Course

Chilled Local Cantaloupe Soup lavender essence & melon midori

3rd Course

Grilled- Chopped Honey BBQ Chicken

jersey ”silver Queen” corn & sugar snap pea succotash

4th Course

Vegetable Pad Thai, hand cut vegetables, rice noodles, miso ginger essence

5th Course

Honey Panna Cotta fresh yellow watermelon juice & watermelon candy

Spend the evening enjoying cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while relaxing with your special friends. When dinner is served, you will be escorted into a magical setting where the feast begins. Each course will be handcrafted with the best local ingredients

NOTE: If your planning on attending with a group, we need each attendees First and Last name in your group, so we can ensure your group will be together. If tickets are purchased online without the group, they also need to indicate on their checkout notes, who they wish to sit with. This is a working farm and we recommend wearing appropriate comfortable footwear. If someone in your party is Vegan or has food allergies, please also indicate on checkout.

Chef Barry Sexton is seeking volunteers to assist with upcoming Farm2Table Dinners. Keep your eyes peeled and look out for upcoming dates & events!
The ideal volunteer candidates will enjoy working in a high-energy environment and have a vested interest in a special deed for the community. Training is provided! Some volunteers will assist with table settings for guests. Pour wines and assist with the delivery of beautifully plated and carefully prepared courses in front of each guest. Volunteers will be provided with dinner.
We are on a mission to impress our guests and have lots of fun. All Farm to Table Dinners will be an outstanding culinary experiences. We’d love to have you on board!
